We are a team of independent neutrals based in the UK who work with all concerned to provide visible fairness and impartiality, and whenever required, to resolve differences where these arise.
We bring to the table an external non-biased, non-judgmental approach based upon mutual respect with a view to both fairness and dispute resolution being achieved professionally and effectively.
In commercial matters, we focus on what those involved need from a mediated agreement with a view to preserving business relationships wherever possible.
In employment matters, we –
- enhance the fairness of internal processes relating to collective and individual consultation, performance-management, grievances, and working relationship breakdowns caused by loss of trust and confidence by attending meetings as a neutral observe,r or by facilitating them in a neutral capacity
- facilitate a range of agreed outcomes including performance action plans, mediation settlements and compromise agreements
- train members of HR Departments or individual line managers to mediate workplace disputes
Generally, we do not need to put people in dispute with one another in the same room until our discussions are quite advanced. Indeed, such meetings are often unnecessary when our mediation or facilitation is carried out effectively by email, phone or by postings on our safe internet platform.
We endeavour to resolve disputes within a short timeframe, often two weeks. To do this, we quickly determine the actual core issues and professionally establish working relationships in which confidences can be made securely to our neutrals without fear of these ever being disclosed without prior consent.
